What happens if I can’t find a toy that I saw in the shop?

We are adding more and more of our toys and games to the website each week, but as we have so many products in store it may well be that you have seen something you love that is not on the website yet. If that is the case, you can call or email us with a description and we can put together an order for you.

How do you deliver?

Do you deliver abroad?

We are always happy to organise shipping abroad. However the prices are dependent on the country and the size and weight of the package. If you email us at [email protected] and let us know where you are and what you would like to order, we will organise it as fast as we can.

Can you make a delivery to a child who lives somewhere else?

Of course, and we can even gift wrap the present and write a card on your behalf. At the checkout you will be given options for the address you wish to have the package sent to.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, these are available online or in our shop. If you buy a gift voucher, we will post a card to the recipient with all the details. They will have one year to use it. Unfortunately, we can only use the voucher as a full payment and are not able to give change from a gift voucher.
